Justin Kempf is the founder of Executive Functional Healing, a virtual functional health practice that helps adults address complex chronic health concerns through a root-cause approach. He works with individuals experiencing digestive dysfunction, chronic fatigue, brain fog, thyroid concerns, hormone imbalances, metabolic health challenges, and other persistent symptoms that are often overlooked by conventional approaches.

Justin is an Integrative Health Practitioner Levels 1 and 2 and a certified Health Coach. His work combines evidence-informed functional health principles with practical lifestyle strategies and insights gained from overcoming his own complex health challenges, including gut dysfunction, H. pylori, SIBO, long-term insomnia, and other chronic health issues.

As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Justin brings a disciplined, compassionate, and practical approach to helping people better understand the underlying factors that may be contributing to their health concerns.
