Depending on your symptoms and health history, your provider may also consider additional testing related to blood sugar, iron status, vitamin levels, inflammation, hormones, or other areas that can influence how you feel.
Before Your Appointment
☐ Write down when your symptoms started
☐ Note whether symptoms are getting better, worse, or staying the same
☐ Bring copies of previous thyroid lab results
☐ List medications and supplements you currently take
☐ Write down any family history of thyroid problems
☐ Note major changes in weight, sleep, digestion, stress, or energy
