Bloating Support
Root-cause gut support for people who feel bloated, gassy, or uncomfortable after meals, or look pregnant by the end of the day. Based in Fort Worth, Texas, with virtual support available nationwide.
Maybe you've cut out dairy, tried probiotics, and avoided beans, and you're still bloated. Occasional bloating is normal, but bloating that shows up day after day is often your gut's way of saying something is off. Instead of guessing which food to cut next, we look for what may be causing it.
Signs Your Bloating May Have a Deeper Cause
Bloating support may be worth exploring if you:
-
Feel bloated most days, even after small or healthy meals
-
Wake up with a flat stomach and look swollen by evening
-
Have a lot of gas, belching, or stomach pressure
-
Notice constipation, loose stools, or switching between the two
-
React to more and more foods over time
Not Sure Where to Start?
Take the free bloating assessment. It takes a few minutes and helps you see which patterns may be behind your symptoms.
What May Be Behind Ongoing Bloating
Bloating has many possible causes. These are some of the most common areas we look at together.
When bacteria build up in the small intestine, they can ferment food early and create gas. Bloating that starts soon after eating and gets worse through the day is a common pattern.
IBS and Gut Sensitivity
Some people have a gut that reacts more strongly to normal gas and stretching. IBS often shows up as bloating along with changes in bowel habits.
Gut Lining and Food Reactions
When the gut lining is under stress, many people notice they react to more foods than they used to. Supporting the gut lining is often part of calming bloating.
Yeast and Bacterial Imbalances
An overgrowth of yeast, or an imbalance in gut bacteria after antibiotics, can add to gas and bloating, especially after sugar or starchy foods.
Digestion, Stress, and Hormones
Low digestive function, eating while stressed, and hormone shifts can all play a role. Many women notice bloating changes with their cycle or during perimenopause.
How Bloating Support Works at Executive Functional Healing
It starts with a free 15-minute discovery call to talk through your symptoms, diet, and health history. If we work together, we look at your meals, routine, stress, and gut symptoms to find patterns that may be causing your bloating. When it adds real value, functional lab testing such as a GI-MAP or a SIBO breath test can give a closer look. From there, you get a personalized plan with ongoing support.
When to See a Doctor Right Away
Some symptoms need medical care, not coaching. See your healthcare provider promptly if you have severe or sudden belly pain, blood in your stool or black stools, unexplained weight loss, ongoing vomiting, a fever, or bloating that keeps getting worse. Women with new, persistent bloating, especially after 50, should also check in with their doctor.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why am I bloated every day?
Daily bloating often points to something going on in digestion, such as bacterial overgrowth, gut sensitivity, or food reactions. Looking at when it happens and what makes it better or worse helps narrow it down.
Is bloating a sign of SIBO?
It can be, but not always. Bloating has many possible causes. A breath test is the usual way to check for SIBO, and we'll talk about whether it makes sense on your free call.
Should I just cut out foods?
Can probiotics help bloating?
Some people feel better with probiotics, and some feel more bloated. It depends on what's going on in your gut, which is why a personalized approach matters. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any supplement.
Do you work with clients outside Texas?
Yes. Sessions are virtual, so you can work with Executive Functional Healing from anywhere in the U.S.
